Terms of Use

1. Who we are and acceptance

Brains Copilot ("Service", "we") is an AI chat platform available at brainscopilot.com. Our official contact is contato@brainscopilot.com. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

Brains Copilot gives you access, in one place, to several third-party AI models (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and open-model providers), plus features like web search, image and PDF analysis, image generation, commands/skills and a legal workspace that queries official public databases.

Responses are AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies, outdated or incorrect information ("hallucinations"). You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating and deciding to use any generated content.

3. Eligibility and account

• You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your country) to use the Service.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable; keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass usage limits or promotions is prohibited.

4. Plans, payment and cancellation

• The Free plan is free, with a daily message limit.
• The Pro and Pro Max plans are recurring subscriptions (monthly or yearly), processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the then-current price, until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime via the billing portal; access remains until the end of the period already paid.
• One-time credit top-ups are single-use, never expire and are non-refundable once consumed.
• We may change prices and plans with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next cycle.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• carry out illegal, fraudulent activities or infringe third-party rights;
• generate content that incites hatred, violence, child sexual abuse, harassment or defamation;
• bypass limits, reverse-engineer, resell or automate access without authorization;
• overload the infrastructure or compromise the Service's security;
• input sensitive personal data of third parties without a legal basis.

6. Legal workspace — important notice

The legal workspace is a productivity tool and does NOT constitute legal advice, does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not replace the judgment of a qualified professional. Drafts, petitions and analyses generated must be reviewed by a lawyer before any use. Case lookups use Brazil's official public CNJ database (DataJud), which may be unavailable or outdated; for the full case file and official information, consult the relevant court.

7. Intellectual property

• The Brains Copilot brand, software, interface and content belong to us or our licensors.
• The content you submit ("inputs") and the content generated at your request ("outputs") are yours; we grant you the rights to the outputs to the extent the law and AI providers allow.
• You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to operate the Service.

8. Third-party models and services

Responses are produced by third-party AI models. Use of these models is also subject to the respective providers' policies. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific model and may add, remove or replace models at any time.

9. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content, provider outages or indirect damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law. You may close your account anytime in Account → Privacy & account, which deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by e-mail or in the Service. Continued use after they take effect means acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes are subject to the courts of the consumer's domicile, without prejudice to other rights under the Consumer Protection Code.
